Girly Boho Chic
I have said how much I love my job lately? Well I do and this current project has been keeping me up at night thinking about the possibilities! We are starting with a small one bedroom condo, hardwood floors and character for days. And the hope is that we end up a look that “took years” of collection to pull together. By collecting pieces from local antique stores and resale shops, we are well on our way to that effortless, it just happened look. My client is girly but really leans towards the boho chic side of interiors. We snagged a sofa at the “fun.fresh.affordable” Again and Again off Henderson and I can’t wait to show you the after pictures.
I wanted to share a few of the pieces that we have picked up along the way! Let’s start with a few inspiration images shall we?…
This fabulous linen yellow Anthropologie sofa is a bit out of our price range, but with the right fabric, color and our new sofa things will fall right into place. Yellow, red/orange, pops of turquoise and green are the colors we are going to use in throughout the space.
The sofa we purchased from Again & Again is on it’s way to a fresh new look.
My client fell in Looooveee with this red/orange dresser from Four Hands. We plan to use it as her media cabinet in the living room!
Accent Chairs from…are you ready for this?…..THE DUMP!!! This blue / grey finish along with the new seat cushions we will be adding are going to be a perfect fit.
When you are working with a small space, a floor length mirror will reflect the light and create a roomy feel. We are going to go with one like this Laura Ashley Patricia Floor Mirror in gold.
The dining room is…well…tiny! So, we are on the look out for a smaller version of the Tulip table. I’m thinking the always popular staple, the ghost chair (reproduction of course) will be a perfect fit.
Last but not least…the master bedroom. We have the dresser and inspiration for the headboard! Now we are on the look out for night stands and x-benches for the end of the bed. We may have to go zebra on those x-benches! They are a great way to add extra seating to the living room when my client needs it.
Love this…but I think we are going to go with this fabric….
Once again….we snagged this dresser at THE DUMP!
