I Think I Found my Niche

I’m Abbe Fenimore, founder and principal designer of Studio Ten 25. With a Bachelor of Interior Design and more than two decades in the industry, specializing in sorority houses became a natural fit.

As a Phi Mu alum, I understand what these houses mean to the women who call them home. After more than 100 sorority house projects nationwide, one thing hasn’t changed: every chapter is different, and its house should be too.

You’ll Work With Me.

I’m the constant from our first conversation through installation, leading the design and keeping the many moving parts headed in the same direction.

I work directly with architects, contractors, housing boards, advisors and chapter members to turn ideas and opinions into clear decisions, solve problems as they come up and keep the project moving toward the deadline.

Sorority house projects have a lot of voices. My job is to listen to them, lead the process and make sure the design doesn’t get lost along the way.

A Small Team That Does A Lot

Studio Ten 25 is supported by a close-knit creative team with experience in design, procurement, styling, installations and social media.

Many of us were sorority women ourselves, so we understand the unusual mix of beauty, durability, tradition and competition that comes with these spaces.

And when installation day arrives, we’re hands-on until the last pillow is placed.
