Studio Ten 25 was recently featured in Beckett Media’s (Editors of Romantic Homes & Cottages & Bungalows) Bedrooms & Baths fall issue. I love picking up the seasonal special issues because they are full of great ideas and easy ways to update your space.
This Nature Inspired Bedroom was one of my favorites to design because of the simple accessories and mix of turquoise and yellow. I love how they give “shop the look” tips on how to easily create this look. You can see more pictures and room details HERE.
I also love the “Going Boldly” feature on this green and white guest room/office. It goes to show that bold color can still be comfortable and will bring life to a space. Affordable storage from Ikea and simple sheer drapery panels mixed with a West Elm daybed keep even the smallest budgets in check. See more project details HERE.
And last but not least, the master bedroom suite. It goes to show how repurposing existing pieces will turn a dull room around and soften even the most masculine of furniture pieces. We mixed affordable drapries from Ikea and bedding from West Elm with custom made pillows using designer fabrics to create a high end chic look. Bringing the Sherwin Williams Rain Washed paint color into the bath kept the small space from looking chopped up. Now we have a soothing master suite with great graphic patterns, lots of texture and a place to relax. Want to see this room’s before and after shots? Take a look at them HERE.
