After designing more than a hundred sorority houses across the country, I’ve become known as the designer who understands how to balance durability, function, and personality in a house filled with women. I bring in Southern charm, playful patterns, and feminine details that feel fresh without ever losing sophistication.
My work is luminous and bold, always polished but never predictable. From custom wallpapers and fabrics to one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, every design I touch is meant to capture the spirit of the women who live there—and make their house feel like home.

For @aoiiumn, I pinned the bold, the unexpected, and the kind of details that whisper “this is home.”
Mix luxe with livable
Velvet pillows, tufted ottomans, and brass lighting? Yes, please. But always balance them with durable upholstery and cozy fabrics that can actually stand up to sorority house life.
Let the light lead
Those bay windows pour in natural light, so I leaned into warm neutrals and reflective finishes. It keeps the space bright and welcoming even in the middle of a Minnesota winter.
Florals, always
I`ll never pass up a floral moment. From pillows to fresh stems, they instantly soften bold architecture and make the house feel more like home.

Fall porches deserve more than a few pumpkins on the steps.🍂
Here are my go-to styling tips for the season: ↓
1️⃣ Mix texture: Layer cozy elements like plaid blankets, chunky knit pillows, and rattan or wood accents. The contrast adds warmth and dimension.
2️⃣ Add height + layers: Stack pumpkins in varying sizes, use oversized planters with mums, or bring in a statement wreath to frame the front door.
3️⃣ Make it personal: Incorporate monogrammed doormats, a custom throw, or even hand painted details (Fowler`s pumpkin) that make the porch feel uniquely yours.

That’s exactly how I designed the Minnesota AOII house—with every moment of chapter life in mind. Here are a few of my go-to design tips when creating a sorority home that’s both gorgeous and functional:
Layer color and pattern with purpose
We don`t always have to stick with sorority colors to make the house feel connected to the chapter. Instead, I loved leaning into rich jewel tones—emerald, sapphire, amethyst, and ruby—that layer beautifully together. When paired with bold patterns and luxe textures and the final look feels elevated.
Create zones that flex
Sorority life is all about multitasking. One space can serve as a study nook during the week and a hangout spot before game day. I love using modular furniture, ottomans with hidden storage, and statement lighting to make each room flexible without sacrificing style.
