Weekend Window {Art Gallery}
Lately I have been considering changing up the art layout on the large wall in our living room. Right now it’s pretty basic and I have been so focused on upholstering our chairs, finding a new rug and new lighting that the “art wall” has taken a back seat. I can’t decide if I should go with an oversized piece, two large pieces or a fabulous gallery wall with a handful of my favorite pieces.
Today’s Weekend Window explores the gallery wall options and I love the look! Simple and sleek console, fabulous upholstered ottomans and tons of great art. There really are no major rules to follow, but pulling pieces with something similar will be key to keeping things organized. You can frame all of your pieces with the same frame style, color for a crisp look or mix and match for a more casual look. I love throwing in a something unique like the aluminum skull and metal arrows to help break up all of the straight lines.
