My client has a fabulous collection of Chinese Art Deco Rugs that have been a part of her family for years. The rugs are a mix of vibrant colors, and traditional motifs, and completely bold. They command your attention as well as a need for bold color and fabulous accessories. Once they decided to build a new home, the rugs came out of storage and became the inspiration for the interiors of the home. So we brought in neutral furniture with clean lines that would not take away from the color and pattern in the rugs. We tied it all together with the jewel-toned pillows, glass lighting and little details around the house.
