The Chi Omega house refresh was rooted in honoring what already worked while bringing in a new layer of personality, color, and polish. Our team approached the project with a thoughtful mix of preservation and transformation, reimagining existing furnishings and architectural details through a fresh Studio Ten 25 lens.

Rather than starting from scratch, we evaluated key pieces the chapter loved and built a renewed design story around them. Upholstery updates, layered textiles, and intentional styling gave familiar furniture new life while keeping the project aligned with budget priorities.

Color played a central role in the transformation. Elegant yet vibrant palettes were introduced through custom pillows, drapery, and art, creating spaces that feel welcoming, feminine, and distinctly Chi Omega. Elevated accents such as tailored trims, statement lighting, and curated accessories added depth and visual interest without overwhelming the existing framework.

Custom details brought the personality of the chapter forward in a meaningful way. From bespoke artwork and layered pattern moments to thoughtful styling that supports daily functionality, each space was designed to feel polished, comfortable, and ready for both everyday living and chapter gatherings.
