After designing the Alpha Omicron Pi house at the University of Arkansas years ago, Abbe was thrilled to return for a much-needed refresh. The chapter wanted to update their beloved house while honoring its classic architectural details — the perfect opportunity to bring in a Southern chic vibe with a fresh perspective.

Studio Ten 25 focused on elevating the existing bones of the house by updating paint, lighting, and window treatments, giving the space a lighter, more polished look while maintaining its timeless charm. Every selection was made to complement the original architecture, blending tradition with a touch of modern sophistication. The result is a house that feels fresh, elegant, and perfectly at home in Fayetteville.
