Problem solved
These aluminum chairs are perfect for my client’s dining room but they are not exactly comfortable. But, the price point was great and it left room in the budget to use a fabulous fabric on the cushions!
The small dining area is open to the kitchen and living room and lacks color and pattern. I found this fabric from Duralee and was happy that is was the one my client picked!
Now, we have a cozy place to sit while adding a pop of color and pattern. My favorite detail on these cushions is the sleek velcro straps that will keep the cushion from slipping. No fussy ties here! We are photographing this space soon, I can’t wait to share the final glamor shots!
The finished look!
The cushion really warms the chair, no pun intended. It doesn’t look as sterile with it.
What paint color did you use on the dining area walls? It is absolutely fabulous!
Hi Ashley,
The color is Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue HC-144.
Thank you for the comment and for stopping by the blog!
Hi Abbe:
I came over from the party at SAS…Love this project: great color selection and oh what a difference the right cushion can make. I’m addicted to throw pillows! and know what a difference they too can make.
Hope you will come visit my blog too!
