Pink Velvet {Before & After}
Taking something from drab to fab is pretty easy when you add gold trim and bright pink velvet!!! This gorgeous chair was transformed into a super girly chic piece for a client’s living room, and wow is all I have to say about it. A classic bergere style chair is always a good idea, but we needed to make these two ladies a bit more spectacular.
The classic lines and detailed carvings received an update with a gold metallic finish and the muslin fabric was ready for a major overhaul!
We selected Designer’s Guild Glenville Velvet in Peony. It was the perfect bubble gum pink that my client was after and the textural sheen from the viscose gives the chairs that over the top glam that we were after. Looking forward to showing this fabulous room off soon!!!
