Christmas will be here in 8 days and those last minute gifts can be a challenge with big crowds, traffic and limited time on our hands. So I though I would share the perfect last minute gift that you can pick up online without having to deal with those fun challenges. Most of us just go out and buy something if we want it, so when someone asks you want you want for Christmas I have the perfect solution. If you read my blog, you know that Dwell With Dignity is very special to me. This year they have launched a new website, Jingle Dwell!
The Jingle Dwell Holiday Giving Tree provides a way for you to spread holiday cheer by transforming a house into a home for a deserving family. Each “ornament” on the Jingle Dwell tree represents an item needed for one of their homes.
“Home for the Holidays.”
The phrase can mean something different for everyone. But for families struggling to escape hardship or poverty, “home” can mean little more than a mattress on the floor or a sheet tacked to the window as a curtain.
That’s where Dwell with Dignity comes in. Dwell With Dignity is a non-profit group of Interior Designers that partner with board-approved, social service agencies to identify and help families transition into self-sufficiency. Their role is providing and installing home interiors that include furnishings, art, bedding, housewares, kitchen supplies, and even a well-stocked pantry for housewarming day.
