Hotel At Home
I wanted to share a guest room that was recently completed. The end result we had in mind was to create a comfortable guest room that felt like a boutique hotel. A room where guest would feel like they are on relaxing vacation!
Here are the details: This colorful stripe was the jumping off point for the color palette and we new instantly that it would be used on the upholstered headboard. The colorful fabric is an Italian Velvet with turquoise, fuschia, lime green and chocolate brown.
The walls: Sherwin Williams Happy Camper
Bedding: Zgallerie & Crate and Barrel
Accent Pillows: Crate and Barrel
Now what would a room from Studio Ten 25 be if it didn’t have at least one mirrored piece of furniture in it?! This lovely chest was the perfect scale for the room and provided that touch of “glam” that I adore. The vintage turquoise lamp was a snag from Dallas’s Again Design Studio. We had the dated wood base re-finished with a white lacquer and added a textured white linen shade from Arteriors Home.
A desk area sits at the end of the bed and is a great place for guest to set up their laptop. The white scalloped mirror over the desk is one of my favorite pieces in the room!

That headboard is fantastic! I can see why you chose that fabric! Love the lamp also. Can I come over and stay in “Your Hotel”?

Do you know where we can find the white scalloped mirror? I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now but have yet to find it.
