From The Desk Of…

I ran across Inslee Haynes while I was on the hunt for chic and unique stationery and note cards for The Studio. Her work was featured in the latest issue of Rue Magazine too! Her blog is becoming one of my favorites, I love to see what she has been up too.

Her fashion sketches are absolutely gorgeous and the movement she brings to each pieces is beautiful.  The 8″x10″ pieces are for sale on her site, I think these would make the perfect addition to a chic powder room!

I was instantly smitten with her work after spending hours on her blog and site! So much so, that I had to snag a commissioned piece for Studio Ten 25’s stationery. Take a look at the first drafts that Inslee came up with. I love that she was able to incorporate “the girls”, I think I’m going to go with that one!

After a few tweaks (adding a rug & changing my shoes) I think we have a winner!  I am looking forward to receiving the final illustration in the mail from Inslee soon!  I am going to have the image printed on heavy card stock and I have ordered these envelopes with a pink peacock feather from The Woolberry Press . I promise to share!
