From So-So to Oh-So-Sleek
I recently spotted the Birmingham Alabama home of Lindsey Bond in October’s House Beautiful and was instantly smitten. Her fresh approach and cottage style with a modern twist is refreshing and simply stunning!
She used the same drapery throughout, which Lindsey says, “adds softness and height, but also creates order through repetition.” I love how she’s used the curtains in other places besides the windows – to frame the living room/dining room, hide her closet door and to create a more modern take on a canopy.
My favorite detail…the Kelly Wearstler Fern fabric on the back of the dining room chairs!
