Antlers are just part of my life. My husband is an avid hunter, I guess the fact that he would choose to hunt over golf proves that. I love the Rustic Glam feel that our home has, but often struggle with how to design so that we are both happy. Yes, I am still making changes in our home…not sure that will ever stop. I have big plans for this place…but I think my hubby is sick of coming home to see new pillows on the sofa, new art in the entry or a new floor plan and inspiration board for the breakfast nook.
I have had my eye on Eric Cohler’s Antler fabric from Lee Jofa since it hit the showroom display panels! I think I have managed to Jedi Mind Trick my husband into letting re-upholster something or bring in pillows!!! So, the wheels are turing! I’ll let you know what I end up using the fabric on! Here are the four colorways, I love the teal and it’s a perfect fit for our home.
He loved the Cole & Sons Woods Wallpaper that I had installed in our dining room. So, I’m thinking another “rustic” element with a bit more color would be a big hit with him.
Spotted this wingback chair at the Dallas Mecox store this week and LOVE how bold it is. I would love to go bold, but I’m not sure I could live with this much of the fabric. Although it would be awesome at a lake house or at The Ranch! Maybe I’ll stick with pillows or something small like ottomans for now.
