Ready to spice up your kitchen? ✨ While there is a time and a place for a white kitchen, here are a few ideas of how to spice up the heart of the home.

DESIGN TIP
Add texture with wood accents like wood floating shelves, a patterned rug runner or marble hardware to elevate the space.

Have fun with lighting. A pendant that looks chic while also providing light over an island is one of my go-tos while smaller scale lamps in the corner of your countertop will create a lovely glow in the evening.

Go for a mix and match look by adding vintage or antique accents. A freestanding island or a mix of barstools with a simillar style can create a cozy and inviting place to gather.

Get out of the box with paint. If onsideriing a rich color for all of your cabinets is too much, try incorpoating the accent color on your island, pantry door or storge pieces to ground the space.
