The Rho Delta Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Samford University opened the doors to a brand-new home, and we were brought in to give the fresh construction its personality. The chapter wanted interiors that felt soft and Southern at heart, with just enough feminine details to reflect their sisterhood.

We created a palette of powdery blues, blush accents, and warm neutrals across the common spaces to create a sense of ease and hospitality. The furnishings lean classic—tailored sofas, tufted ottomans, and slipcovered dining chairs—but small details like fringe trims, scalloped trays, and floral patterns add that subtle feminine touch.

Custom built-ins and classic consoles showcase the chapter’s history and keepsakes while keeping the spaces polished and intentional. Chinoiserie wall panels in the parlor room, soft watercolor art in the living areas, and a mix of blue-and-white porcelain with gold accents bring in layers of tradition and Southern charm.

From study marathons to formal gatherings, the house is designed to be lived in fully. Every corner is approachable, durable, and practical—but with just enough editorial detail to make it feel special. It’s a home that reflects AOII’s values while giving the women a beautiful backdrop for their college experience.
