Off We Go
The first phase of our remodel is underway! They started construction on the garage apartment this week and we received our first set of architectural drawings for the main house. So many details to consider and as the garage begins to transform, we will keep things going with our architect.
Here are a few pictures of the changes that are taking place. The walls and garage doors have all been removed and so have the old cabinets where the kitchen is going to go. They are making way for the plumbing in the bathroom area and the framing is going in for the temporary walls where the garage doors were.
As soon as we have a little more progress, I’ll post an update! It doesn’t look like much, but I have big plans for this little home away from home to be.
