We have been working on this bold and bright dining room for a few months now, and I must say that the backorders were worth the wait! This is the first room you walk by as you enter the home, so it needed to be something that not only set the tone for the rest of the home but bring the wow factor. Most of us don’t use our formal dining rooms daily, but when designing them they need to function for the few times a year we need them.
BEFORE & AFTER
We started with a clean slate and a fireplace that makes placing furniture on center a problem. But, we figured that out and once we had the electrician move the chandelier it looked much better. I love the bold watercolor drapes from Mari Robeson , it was one of the first decisions we made for the space.
