Our home away from home packages will allow you to sit back, take it all in and finally get excited about completing your space on your time & budget!

You will receive a custom finish board, floor plan and shopping list which details step-by-step exactly what needs to be done to complete your room. Just send us a few pictures of your room and we’ll provide a personalized finish board with color scheme solutions, affordable furniture and accessory suggestions as well as other design solutions for the space.  We consider your style, color choices, budget and lifestyle when selecting items for the room. Maybe you want to work with what you have, we can do that too by suggesting items that pull everything together. You will also receive a “Shopping List” of links to purchase the recommended products.  Everything you need to create your room will be emailed to you along with instructions on implementing these items in your space.

1.  Submit Payment through PayPal (link provided by each package)

2. Fill out & submit the Design Questionnaire

3.  Email Photos, questionnaire & measurements of your room to abbe@st25staging.wpengine.com Then What?When we have received your Questionnaire, payment, room measurements and low-resolution photos, we will begin the Design Process.  Studio Ten 25 will pull together your finish board along with all the detail you need to complete your space.

Sometime you have your heart set on a special fabric, furniture line or lighting fixture that is only sold to the trade.We can provide you with trade-only furnishings & Fabrics, so please let us know if you are interested when you submit your questionnaire  email so we will know to include these items in our shopping list.  If this is the case, we will order the items for you & have them shipped toyou for a small mark-up.

If you have any questions before you begin the process, please don’t hesitate to email Abbe@st25staging.wpengine.com TermsAll designs are non-refundable, but if you have any questions and need any extra help within the first two weeks after you’ve received your Design Plan, please let us know.  If you need more guided assistance throughout the project, you can hire us on for an hourly fee of $100 for phone calls, emails & extra research.
