I have been horrible when it comes to posting on our remodel (#projectgreenway), I promise to post updates soon. But, it really hasn’t been the prettiest of phases lately and that doesn’t make for fun things to look at. Since the remodel has been going full steam ahead, we needed to take a little break from the garage apartment and this weekend was a great time for that. We packed up the dogs, our things and decided to have a staycation in Fort Worth this weekend.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with my in-laws in downtown Fort Worth and took in all of the Christmas magic! I’ll admit, it wasn’t a very traditional Thanksgiving but I loved mixing it up. Next year, we will be back on schedule to host in our newly remodeled home!!!
