I am on my way home from The Design Bloggers Conference in L.A. and have so much to share! The event was full of inspirational speakers like and an overall theme of be original, be true to yourself and you’ll stand out. Dallas’ Dwell With Dignity was able to share their story and announce that they are excited about expanding into other cities. In order for them to grow, they need to continue to have the support with volunteers and of course donations.
At the Design Bloggers Conference, they announced the Bloggers Circle! It is a great way to become involved with DWD and help them to achieve their goal of “going national”. I am happy to announce that Shop Ten 25 is partnering with DWD to help them reach their goals! It’s easy really!
1-Visit their Bloggers Circle Page
2- Join the circle
3- Receive your perks! Your will receive an email with promo codes for 20% off a Shop Ten 25, Ceylon et Cei, Peacock Alley & One Kings Lane.

One Kings Lane is hosting a Design-Blogger Tag Sale tonight and a few of my favorite design bloggers were invited to participate! Today I’m out in Los Angeles for The Design Bloggers Conference and am excited to take it all in. This is my first time to attend and I have heard so many wonderful things about the event. The participants list is beyond fabulous, I am looking forward to catching up with those I met at Blogfest in NYC last year as well as finally meeting a few new faces!
I’m sure I won’t have much time to get out and see the city, but I will be thinking of my favorite West Coast interiors. Bold colors, large scale graphics and tons of sunshine. The Viceroy in Palm Springs is one of my favorite Hollywood Regency hotels and I adore Kelly Wearstler’s design and styling!

Martin Lawrence Bullard will be a speaker at the Design Bloggers Conference and I am hoping to have a change to meet him! Eclectic, cozy and bold colorful spaces are Martin’s signature look. After watching him on Million Dollar Decorators, I became obsessed with his celebrity client list, fabulous accent and his serious love of chocolate! Should be fun to see what he brings to the event this week! Fingers crossed that he signs a copy of his new book!!!

My other LA favorite….Woodson & Rummerfield. They describe their style as Modage and their “about us” page reads like a hollywood fairytale! These two also have an impressive celebrity client list but can really be considered celebrities on their own…at least in the design industry. Doubt they make an appearance at the conference, so I will just have to add meeting them to my design bucket list.

Keep an eye on Studio Ten 25’s Facebook, twitter and instagram pages for updates from the conference this week!
Today’s Weekend Window post comes from the far reaches of New York, London, and Paris. High fashion in tres chic places… that’s what today’s post is all about! Maybe it’s the fact that fashion month is taking place in Europe right now or perhaps because I’m beginning to get spring fever with a strong itch to travel. Either way, I love the way these black and white pieces in high gloss finishes play off the city graphics of the new “CITY PILLOWS” that are now in the shop. I can imagine this look in some fancy high rise loft over looking an incredible cityscape… can’t you?!

Very excited to see two of Shop Ten 25’s fabulous pieces featured on Glo MSN this week. Have you seen this site? It’s full of beauty advice and top products, the latest and greatest fashions and of course great write ups on all things design! The botanical inspired post shows off the latest and greatest to look forward to as Spring approaches.
Happy President’s Day. Seeing our flag displayed up and down our neighborhood street today made me happy! I shared a few of Mari Robeson’s interior drawings on the blog last week and now I’m obsessed with them. Today, she posted a President’s Day themed post and included a piece from Shop Ten 25. I love seeing how The Shop’s pieces are being used in out there, Thank you again Mari for including The Shop in your fabulous drawings!!!
Today I’m excited to be guest blogging for Tobi Fairley! I love her idea of creating “29 days of love” featuring here favorite accessories, design must haves and people that inspire. I have gathered two fabulous Nantucket inspired looks that are sure to inspire you. Head over to Tobi’s Blog and take a look.

A great piece of artwork goes a long way when designing a room. The selection of a piece of artwork is highly personal and completely subjective but undeniably an important element in any room.
For the past several months, I’ve included the artwork of Mary Lee in the shop and I am thrilled to finally feature her in a Weekend Window post! Not only do I offer Mary’s work in the shop but I have commissioned her for multiple client projects through Studio Ten 25 as well. I can tell you that without a doubt that she is a joy to work with and a stunning artist!! Her style is abstract, organic, thoughtful, and energetic. I love using her pieces as a jolt of energy and life in rooms that are very neutral and uncluttered. Take the few pieces below for an example… Keeping your upholstery and accessories simple and monochromatic will give your artwork all the more impact! If you prefer a more layered look, try hanging one of these pieces on a striking tone-on-tone wallpaper… you’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!
Have a wonderful weekend!!

I love seeing idea boards or inspiration boards. The overall look of a room and the pieces that make it come together always come across perfectly. I was surprised to see these fabulous drawings from Mari Robeson’s blog this week and wanted to share.
I love pink and of course this Valentine’s Day inspired room screams love. She also used the White Lacquer Chest from Shop Ten 25. I think it is the perfect compliment to the soft and girly room that she has created. Head over to Mari’s blog to see the rest of the inspiration for this room.
I love the simplicity of this drawing! The bright red chair and lacquered side table are too cute! I can see this piece framed and hanging in my office, it would be a great way to bring in a pop of color!
Today is going to be another busy day around The Studio. I’m happy that Melanie Johnson and I will be inside for this project photo shoot…this cold rainy day sure is iky. Today we are photographing one of my bachelor pad projects and I spent most of the weekend putting the finishing touches on the home! Here is a sneak peek…I can’t wait to see Melanie’s images! I promise to share more later. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!
